Essential privacy notice
Your email is used only for PLUS product updates.
This notice describes the limited processing connected to the product waitlist and anonymous website analytics.

Data and purpose
We collect the email address you submit and, if provided, your first name, together with your language preference, the form source, a timestamp, consent wording version and purpose, and confirmation-message state. We use the first name to personalize our messages and the remaining information only to communicate meaningful product-access and release updates.
Legal basis and choice
Processing is based on your consent. Joining the list is optional and does not affect access to the public website.
Storage and access
New subscriptions are stored as Resend Contacts in a dedicated PLUS product-updates segment when the Resend flow is enabled. A separate restricted Neon Postgres register stores a pseudonymous address reference, consent fields, provider identifiers and opt-out records to prevent duplicate creation and accidental re-enrollment. Historical subscriptions may remain in Supabase; the provider transition does not delete them. Access is restricted to people authorized to manage this list. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Privacy-friendly analytics
With your optional choice in the privacy banner, we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregated website traffic. It does not use analytics cookies, does not retain IP addresses and does not create profiles across websites. Page-view data is processed only as anonymous, aggregated statistics.
Functional browser storage
The website stores your language preference and privacy choice in your browser so it can keep the interface in English or Italian and remember your selection. These functional values are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking and can be cleared through your browser settings.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website and provides aggregate analytics. Resend sends confirmation emails and, when the direct subscription flow is enabled, stores contacts, consent fields and communication preferences. Neon hosts the restricted consent and opt-out register. Supabase stores historical waitlist records and supports the legacy flow during the transition. No generic newsletter is included in this subscription.
Retention and withdrawal
We retain the entry until the product-access communication cycle ends or you withdraw consent. You can withdraw at any time through the HTTPS unsubscribe link in messages sent by the direct Resend flow, or by emailing the privacy contact above. Withdrawal stops further product updates; minimal opt-out information may remain to prevent accidental re-enrollment. You can separately request deletion.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing where applicable, and contact the competent data-protection authority.
