This notice describes the limited processing connected to the product waitlist and anonymous website analytics.

Data and purpose
We collect the email address you submit, your language preference, the form source and a timestamp recording consent. We use this information only to communicate meaningful product-access and release updates.
Legal basis and choice
Processing is based on your consent. Joining the list is optional and does not affect access to the public website.
Storage and access
The data is stored in the configured managed database and is accessible only to people authorized to manage the PLUS product list. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Privacy-friendly analytics
With your optional choice in the privacy banner, we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregated website traffic. It does not use analytics cookies, does not retain IP addresses and does not create profiles across websites. Page-view data is processed only as anonymous, aggregated statistics.
Functional browser storage
The website stores your language preference and privacy choice in your browser so it can keep the interface in English or Italian and remember your selection. These functional values are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking and can be cleared through your browser settings.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website and provides aggregate analytics; Supabase stores waitlist records. They process data on our behalf under their respective contractual and security terms.
Retention and withdrawal
We retain the entry until the product-access communication cycle ends or you withdraw consent. You can withdraw at any time by emailing us; your address will then be removed from the list.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing where applicable, and contact the competent data-protection authority.
